Returns Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Only products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Items that are personalized, intimate, or digital may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before ordering.

- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you on how to return the product safely.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued via Direct Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer for bank orders. For COD orders, refunds are processed directly to your bank account.
- Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the replacement product.
- Return and refund procedures apply before placing a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support team immediately.
- Provide clear pictures of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
- We will arrange for a return and issue a replacement or refund according to availability.
Important Notes
- ShopyDeals only delivers within Pakistan. Returns must also be sent from within Pakistan.
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error.
